Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute a regional business development plan aligned with organizational growth targets.

- Identify, prospect, and acquire new clients across industries.

- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline ensuring consistent revenue growth.

- Generate leads through market networks, industry forums, and referrals.

- Collaborate with the project and design teams during pitching stages to ensure successful closure of opportunities.

- Engage with clients across all levels to understand, capture, and deliver requirements effectively.

- Promote Ensemble's capabilities, service offerings, and value proposition in the market.

- Track, analyze, and report on regional sales performance, ensuring alignment with company goals.

- Drive excellence in client relationship management to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships.

- Represent Ensemble at industry events, forums, and networking platforms.

Requirements:

- Minimum 10-15 years of experience in sales/business development, with proven exposure to commercial real estate or interior fit-out industry.

- Strong market connects and network within the regional commercial property market.

- Demonstrated experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.

- Excellent relationship management, negotiation, and communication skills.

- Strong business acumen with ability to engage CXO-level clients.

- Dedication to delivering superior customer service and client satisfaction.

- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue/sales targets.
