Vice President - Civil/Techno Commercial Warehouse & Industrial Construction

About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned construction leader from a strong Contracting / EPC background to lead large-scale Warehouse, Industrial & Logistics Infrastructure projects.

The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in Warehouse Construction, Industrial / Factory Buildings, PEB Structures, techno-commercial operations, and project execution & profitability management.

This role requires strong leadership capability with hands-on experience in managing large construction teams, contractors, budgets, and multi-location project execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end execution of Warehouse & Industrial construction projects

- Drive project planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery

- Ensure projects are delivered within timeline, budget, and quality parameters

- Handle project budgeting, cost control, cash flow, and profitability

- Manage contracts, vendor negotiations, procurement, and commercial closures

- Monitor project P&L and improve operational efficiencies

- Oversee civil, PEB, MEP, and infrastructure execution

- Manage contractors, consultants, subcontractors, and vendors

- Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and compliance standards

- Interface with clients, architects, consultants, and leadership teams

- Lead multi-disciplinary project teams across multiple sites

Desired Candidate Profile

- BE / B.Tech - Civil Engineering

- 20+ years of experience in Construction / EPC industry

- Strong experience in Warehouse Construction, Logistics Parks, Industrial / Factory Buildings, and PEB Structures

- Must be from Contracting / EPC background

- Experience with Grade-A Warehousing projects preferred

- Strong techno-commercial and P&L management capability

- Experience handling large project teams and multiple projects simultaneously
