
Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Vice President - Chief of Staff (Corporate Strategy) to partner closely with the Group CEO and executive leadership in driving strategic initiatives, business transformation, and enterprise-wide governance. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in corporate strategy, business operations, program management, or management consulting, with proven experience working alongside CXOs and Board-level stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with the Group CEO to define, execute, and monitor the organization's strategic priorities and long-term business objectives.
- Translate strategic initiatives into actionable execution plans with clear milestones, ownership, and measurable outcomes.
- Track enterprise-wide strategic programs, identify execution risks, and recommend corrective actions to ensure timely delivery.
- Drive governance for executive leadership meetings, Board reviews, and business performance reviews by managing agendas, action trackers, and follow-ups.
- Prepare executive dashboards, business reports, presentations, and briefing notes for the CEO, Board, and senior leadership.
- Lead cross-functional strategic initiatives and enterprise transformation programs across multiple business units.
- Facilitate collaboration between business leaders and corporate functions to resolve complex organizational challenges.
- Develop performance scorecards and monitor business, financial, and operational KPIs across the organization.
- Support strategic decision-making through business analysis, market insights, and executive reporting.
- Represent the CEO's office in internal and external meetings, coordinating with Board members, investors, strategic partners, and key stakeholders as required.
- Drive process improvements, organizational effectiveness, and change management initiatives.
- Maintain the highest standards of confidentiality, governance, and corporate ethics while handling sensitive business information.
Required Skills:
- 12-20 years of experience in Corporate Strategy, Business Operations, Management Consulting, Program Management, or Chief of Staff roles.
- Proven experience working directly with CXOs, Board Members, Promoters, or senior executive leadership.
- Strong expertise in strategic planning, business transformation, governance, and execution management.
- Experience managing enterprise-wide cross-functional initiatives in complex organizations.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze financial and operational performance.
- Excellent executive communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
- Experience preparing Board presentations, executive dashboards, and strategic reports.
- Strong project management, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- Experience in diversified business groups, conglomerates, or multi-business organizations is preferred.
Education (Mandatory):
- MBA from a reputed institution is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Additional qualifications such as CA, CFA, PMP, or equivalent certifications are an advantage.
