ROLE OVERVIEW:

This is a pivotal enterprise execution role responsible for translating CEO priorities into structured programs, governance mechanisms, and measurable business outcomes. Working closely with the CEO, Business Unit leaders, and Corporate Function heads, the role drives business-critical projects, annual business charters, enterprise performance reviews, and cross-functional transformation initiatives.

The position is central to strengthening organizational alignment and accelerating the execution of CEO-sponsored programs. The incumbent will co-lead large transformative initiatives bringing cross-functional teams together, enabling faster decision-making, tracking progress against commitments, and ensuring leadership visibility on key risks, dependencies, and outcomes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

CEO Programs & Strategic Projects:

- Partner with the CEO to translate strategic priorities into actionable programs with clear objectives, owners, milestones, and success measures.

- Drive high-priority strategic projects requiring cross-functional alignment, leadership attention, and disciplined execution.

- Lead structured problem-solving and execution support for business opportunities and projects directly sponsored by the CEO.

Annual Charters & Strategic Planning Rhythm:

- Facilitate the annual business charter process across Business Units and Corporate Functions, aligning with enterprise priorities and CEO expectations.

- Work with Business Unit CEOs and Functional Heads to co-create annual charters, define key initiatives, and establish measurable outcomes.

- Track execution of charter commitments through the year, flagging progress, gaps, and risks for leadership attention.

Enterprise Performance Reviews:

- Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reviews to monitor progress against strategic priorities and transformation outcomes.

- Consolidate performance inputs into CEO-ready insights on progress, risks, decisions required, and areas needing intervention.

- Keep reviews focused on business impact, execution discipline, growth, profitability, and timely closure of leadership actions.

CEO Office Governance:

- Establish and manage the CEO Office governance rhythm, including review forums, action tracking, leadership follow-ups, and structured communication of priorities.

COMPETENCIES REQUIRED:

- Strategic Execution: Ability to translate broad organizational vision into structured, measurable programs with clear owners and timelines.

- Executive Stakeholder Management: Confidence engaging Business Unit CEOs, Functional Heads, and senior leadership; builds trust and drives alignment across levels.

- Program & Governance Discipline: Skilled in designing review cadences, tracking mechanisms, and escalation frameworks that keep large initiatives on course.

- Analytical & Business Acumen: Strong ability to synthesize performance data into clear, decision-ready insights on risk, growth, and profitability.

- Cross-Functional Influence: Operates effectively without direct authority; mobilizes diverse teams around shared outcomes.

- Communication & Executive Presence: Crisp, structured communicator, comfortable preparing CEO-level narratives and facilitating leadership forums.

- Problem Solving: Applies structured thinking to ambiguous, high-stakes business challenges and special situations.

- Change Leadership: Comfortable driving transformation initiatives amid ambiguity, competing priorities, and organizational complexity.
