This is a rare, defined runway: come in as the senior-most finance leader, run and elevate the function, and grow into the Chief Financial Officer of the company.

- Financial strategy & business partnership

- Retail finance & merchandise planning

- Treasury, working capital & banking

- Capital strategy & fundraise

Who you are

- CA / CPA / CFA or equivalent professional qualification.

- 10-12 years of progressive finance experience, including 5+ years in senior leadership.

- A track record in retail, apparel, FMCG or consumer goods.

- Hands-on depth in merchandise financial planning, retail P&L ownership and inventory accounting.

- Strong command of Ind AS, the GST framework and corporate tax; fluent in ERP systems and advanced financial modelling.
