About the Role:
We are looking for a high-performing Channel Sales professional to strengthen our network of channel partners and drive residential real estate sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and nurturing strong broker and channel partner relationships, ensuring consistent lead flow, and achieving sales targets for assigned projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement channel sales strategies to maximize bookings and revenue.
- Identify, onboard, and manage real estate brokers, channel partners, and referral networks.
- Conduct regular partner engagement activities, including site visits, product briefings, and training sessions.
- Drive sales closures through channel partners by ensuring strong follow-ups and relationship management.
- Plan and execute incentive programs, events, and partner meets to enhance partner motivation.
- Track and review partner performance against agreed KPIs and take corrective actions where required.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory developments impacting real estate sales.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to ensure effective demand generation through the channel ecosystem.
Requirements:
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 6-12 years of experience in real estate channel sales with strong broker/partner networks.
- Proven ability to deliver sales through channel-led strategies.
- Excellent relationship management, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple partners and drive performance under tight timelines.
- Strong market knowledge and customer orientation.
