Vice President - CEO Office

Role Overview:

- The Vice President - CEO Office is a pivotal enterprise execution role responsible for translating CEO priorities into structured programs, governance mechanisms, and measurable business outcomes.

- The role works directly with the CEO and extensively with Business Unit leaders and Corporate Function heads to drive business critical projects, annual business charters, enterprise performance reviews, and cross-functional transformation initiatives.

- This role is central to strengthening organizational alignment, accelerating execution of CEO-sponsored programs, and ensuring that key enterprise priorities are delivered with discipline and impact.

- The incumbent will act as a co-lead for large transformative projects, bringing together cross-functional teams, enabling faster decision-making, tracking progress against commitments, and ensuring leadership visibility on key risks, dependencies, and outcomes.
