Job Opportunity: VP - Catastrophe Modeling Location: Gurugram Job Description : - Responsible for client processes and operations. Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for all organic clients to assess and quantify the proposed method. - Led a team of analysts and modelers to conduct an in-depth analysis of exposure data, including property and other first-party lines of business. - Collaborate with organizational stakeholders to provide insights and recommendations on risk mitigation strategies based on catastrophe modeling results. - Stay current on industry trends and best practices in catastrophe modelling and exposure management and recommend process improvements. - Provide leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning. - Responsible for various innovative campaigns on OnDemand service delivery on what can be done for reinsurance players in various times of need. This explores the entrepreneurial side of you contributing to the re/insurance industry and players. - Providing high-quality risk assessment of reinsurance portfolios based on information provided and ensuring the highest levels of exposure data accuracy, completeness, and costing support - Advice, guidance, support, and help modeling complex treaty reinsurance structures in various third-party applications. - Drive process excellence and governance for the project and identify scope to improve the process, driving efficiency gain continually.
