Vice President Cash Management/Treasury Management Operations

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Vice President - Cash Management Operations to lead and drive strategic cash management activities across global entities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead Cash Management Operations across multiple entities

- Partner with Settlements, Treasury, Technology and other Operations teams

- Drive strategic initiatives around liquidity, funding, reserves and cost management

- Manage Cash Management applications and ensure alignment with market initiatives

- Identify opportunities for funding optimization, liquidity improvement and operational efficiencies

- Drive strategic direction and integration with global teams

- Manage complex operational issues and ensure effective resolution

- Strengthen operational risk, controls, audit and regulatory compliance

- Translate data into meaningful business metrics and senior-management insights

- Build and maintain strong relationships with global stakeholders

Must-Have Skills:

- 15+ years of relevant experience in Cash Management / Settlements / Operations

- Strong understanding of Trade Lifecycle and Cash Management Operations

- Deep knowledge of Liquidity Management, Funding, Reserves and Cost Management

- Strong risk and control mindset

- Excellent stakeholder management and executive presence

- Experience driving strategic transformation and cross-functional initiatives

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Exposure to Alteryx, Power BI, Robotics / Automation, Machine Learning and Data Visualization is highly desirable
