Vice President - Capital Reporting - Investment Banking Firm - CA

About the Role:

Our client is a global financial services firm with expertise in Investment Management, Investment Banking, Wealth Management, and Hedge Funds. They are hiring for a seasoned Vice President Capital Reporting for their Mumbai Office. Candidates must have strong experience in Capital Reporting including COREP and FINREP with strong experience in Basel.

Key Responsibilities:

- Production of EMEA Capital regulatory reporting and monitor end to end leverage ratio reporting.

- Identify opportunities for improvements in the process, and access efficiency; participate in change management and transformation within the process.

- People management, responsible for growth and appraisal of team.

- Develop Data Governance framework for internal usage of the regulatory team.

- Collaborate with global team for strategic decision making.

Eligibility Requirements:

- CA with 14+ years of post relevant experience in regulatory reporting with global financial services/investment banking firm.

- Proven experience in RWA, Capital Reporting, FINMA, COREP and FINREP.

- People Management skills.

- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills and past experience working with global teams.
