- Identify, develop, and strengthen relationships with DFIs, multilateral agencies, global banks, international clients, and financial institutions

- Liaise with lenders and partners to raise debt capital (for Impact and Non-Impact Issuers) aligned with organizational needs

- Proactively engage with stakeholders in external meetings, investor conferences, and industry events (travel as needed) and one-on-one outreach (international/domestic travel expected)

- Create compelling financial presentations, credit memos, and proposals for lenders and stakeholders

- Track and manage the investor pipeline; maintain up-to-date records and engagement plans

- Drive best practices and operational excellence in all phases of debt transactions and agreement execution

- Work closely with finance, legal, and other relevant stakeholders to align investor relations strategies with corporate objectives.

- Continuously scan the market for new relationship opportunities, strategic funders, and emerging instruments

- Stay updated on global trends; identify new instruments and partners

- Ensure timely and accurate dissemination of financial reports, disclosures, and other materials in compliance with international regulatory standards.

Skills / Competence:

- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.

- Strong financial acumen and understanding of global capital markets.

- Proven ability to build and maintain high-level relationships with sophisticated investors.

- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

- Experience working with diverse international stakeholders and navigating cross-cultural business environments.

Travel: Willingness to travel internationally as needed.

Preferred Attributes

- Deep network of contacts within the international investment community.

- Familiarity with ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) investing trends and their impact on institutional portfolios.

- Experience in working on offshore transactions with the US / Europe / Dubai
