This role is designed for leaders who have scaled businesses beyond early traction and understand how to grow revenue without compromising unit economics, brand control, or operational discipline.
About the Role
We are seeking a Vice President - Business Growth to lead end-to-end revenue expansion across online and offline channels. This is a senior leadership role with full ownership of growth strategy, execution, and P&L outcomes.
The ideal candidate brings a rare combination of experience:
scaling an already-established D2C or online-first business, and
building and scaling offline, retail, and omnichannel distribution in parallel.
This is not a 0- 1 role or a pure marketing position. It is a scale, structure, and execution role.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end business growth across online, offline, marketplaces, and quick commerce channels
- Full P&L responsibility with a clear focus on profitable and sustainable scale
- Define and execute medium- and long-term growth roadmaps aligned with overall business and financial goals
- Lead the build-out and scale of offline and omnichannel distribution, from pilots to wider rollout
- Build and manage relationships with distributors, retail partners, and key channel stakeholders
- Ensure strong integration across channels covering pricing, inventory, consumer experience, and attribution
- Drive D2C and digital performance as part of the broader growth mix, with disciplined CAC, LTV, and retention management
- Scale marketplace and quick commerce channels with ownership of listings, pricing, promotions, and advertising spends
- Balance channel expansion with margins, brand consistency, and channel conflict management
- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing, cross-functional growth team with clear KPIs and execution cadence
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 15-20 years of experience in growth, revenue, or marketing leadership roles
- Proven experience scaling an established D2C or online-first consumer brand
- Demonstrated success in building offline and omnichannel channels alongside digital
- Strong P&L ownership and unit economics understanding
- Hands-on across performance marketing, D2C, marketplaces, quick commerce, and retail
