Vice President - Business Finance - CA

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead business finance strategy, partnering with senior leadership to drive sustainable growth and profitability.

- Own revenue, margin, and EBIT performance while ensuring robust financial governance and zero revenue leakage.

- Drive cost optimization initiatives and improve operational efficiency across the business.

- Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and performance reviews.

- Provide strategic financial insights to support business expansion, pricing, and investment decisions.

- Identify improvement opportunities through data-driven analysis and implement corrective actions.

- Build and mentor a high-performing finance team while fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration.

- Strengthen stakeholder relationships across Business, Operations, Sales, and Corporate Finance teams.

Qualifications

- CA is Mandatory or MBA (Finance) with 15+ years of Business Finance experience.

- Strong exposure to FinTech, Payments, Banking, NBFC, or Financial Services.

- Expertise in Business Finance, FP&A, Commercial Finance, Cost Optimization, Revenue Assurance, Budgeting, Forecasting, MIS, and Financial Analytics.

- Proven leadership experience with excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
