Job Title: Head /VP - Business Development /Sales - BPO/ITes

Key Responsibilities :

- Strategic Growth Planning: Develop and implement business development strategies focused on BPO service expansion, revenue growth and market penetration aligned with the organization's long-term vision

- New Client Acquisition: Identify, target, and secure new BPO clients across industries (e.g., BFSI, healthcare, travel, telecom, retail) through proactive lead generation, RFP/RFI participation and industry networking.

- Client Relationship Management: Establish and nurture long-term partnerships with clients by acting as a strategic advisor and ensuring consistent value delivery and customer satisfaction.

- Sales Leadership & Enablement: Build, manage, and inspire a high-performing business development team. Set sales targets, track KPIs and drive execution across geographies and verticals.

- Industry & Market Intelligence: Stay abreast of BPO market dynamics, customer expectations, emerging technologies (e.g., automation, AI) and competitive positioning to tailor offerings effectively.

- Bid Management & Negotiations: Lead the end-to-end bid process including proposal development, pricing strategies, and contract negotiations to maximize win rates and profitability.

- Cross-functional Coordination: Collaborate with solution architects, operations, delivery and finance teams to ensure feasibility, operational readiness and smooth client onboarding.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).

- 10-15 years of progressive experience in BPO business development or enterprise sales, with 5+ years in a senior leadership capacity.

- Deep understanding of outsourcing models and outcome based Models (onshore, offshore, nearshore), SLA/KPI structures and global delivery methodologies.

- Proven track record of closing mid to large-scale BPO deals across geographies.

- Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.

- Expertise in using CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and data-driven decision-making.

- Willingness to travel domestic & internationally for client engagements, industry conferences and market expansion.
