Position: VP


Qualification: Graduate in any stream; post-graduate preferred.


Experience: Minimum 12 -15 years experience in UHNI/HNI sales or relationship management from Private Banking, Wealth Management, Luxury Brands, or High-End Insurance sectors.


CTC: 30 - 40 LPA


Location: Remote


Key Responsibilities:


New Donor Acquisition & Business Development:


- Identify, research, and engage potential HNI/UHNI donors and family foundations across India and Asia.


- Leverage personal/professional networks to open doors and secure high-value donor meetings.


- Generate qualified leads through both online and offline strategies.


- Develop compelling pitch decks, proposals, and customized engagement strategies for each potential donor.


Stewardship & Retention:


- Manage and deepen relationships with existing major donors, ensuring timely communication and reporting.


- Serve as a single point of contact for UHNIs and family offices.


- Design and execute donor engagement journeys, including visits, events, personal updates, and curated experiences.


- Facilitate donor transitions into legacy and endowment contributors.


Strategic Fundraising & Donor Experience:


- Work closely with leadership to shape donor strategies and engagement models.


- Prepare impact reports, organize high-touch events, and facilitate field visits.


- Maintain a donor management system and provide timely updates to internal teams.


- Submit weekly reports and work plans to the reporting manager.


Qualifications & Experience:


- Graduate in any stream; post-graduate preferred.


- Minimum 12-15 years experience in UHNI/HNI sales or relationship management from Private Banking, Wealth Management, Luxury Brands, or High-End Insurance sectors.


- Proven track record of managing a book of UHNI clients with relationship-based selling.
