Vice President - Business Development - Airports - Design & PMC

Role: VP -BD- Airports - Design & PMC

Driving strategic business development, ensuring high-quality project delivery, and fostering a culture of innovation and client satisfaction. This includes building and leading a world-class team capable of delivering comprehensive Design and Project Management Consultancy (PMC) services for airport projects, initially within India and subsequently expanding into key international markets.

Experience: Minimum of 15-20 years of progressive experience in airport planning, design, engineering, and Project Management Consultancy (PMC), within a leading consulting firm.

- Extensive experience in business development and client acquisition is essential. A proven track record in establishing or significantly growing design and/or PMC service lines is highly desirable.

- Global Exposure: Demonstrated experience in international projects, particularly in emerging markets countries, is highly desirable.

- Technical Acumen: Strong technical understanding and leadership in airport design (master planning, airside, landside, terminal architecture, specialized systems, ATC).

- In-depth knowledge of ICAO standards and PMC methodologies (construction supervision, quality assurance, contract administration, project controls).

- Leadership & Management: Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop large, multi-disciplinary teams; exceptional project management and financial acumen. Experience in managing both design and site-based PMC teams.

- Communication & Negotiation: Superior interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with high-level clients and stakeholders.

Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Aeronautical Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.

A Master's degree or MBA is a significant advantage.
