Job Overview:

- We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Vice President of Business Development to lead our efforts in expanding Pracyva's footprint in the IT staffing market.


- The VP of Business Development will be responsible for driving revenue growth, acquiring new clients, and establishing strategic partnerships within the IT and tech sectors.


- This role will be key to positioning Pracyva as a premier IT staffing partner and supporting our clients in meeting their evolving technology demands.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy aimed at increasing market share and revenue in the IT staffing industry.

- Work closely with the executive leadership team to align business development goals with the overall corporate strategy.

- Lead efforts to diversify the client base by targeting key verticals such as technology firms, financial services, healthcare, retail, and government sectors.

Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:

- Drive new business development by identifying, prospecting, and securing clients in need of IT staffing services.

- Cultivate long-term relationships with existing clients to understand their evolving IT staffing needs, ensuring high satisfaction and retention rates.

- Provide customized staffing solutions to meet specific client requirements, focusing on both contract and permanent placements.

Sales Leadership & Strategy:

- Lead the business development team by setting clear sales goals, providing mentorship, and tracking performance.

- Create and execute sales strategies, processes, and tactics that increase the volume of qualified leads and close new business opportunities.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance lead generation through targeted campaigns, events, and digital outreach.

Market Analysis & Competitor Research:

- Conduct in-depth market research to identify industry trends, emerging technology demands, and areas for growth.

- Monitor competitor activity and market developments to stay ahead of industry shifts and continuously improve offerings.

Partnerships & Networking:

- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including C-suite executives, HR leaders, and IT decision-makers.

- Represent [Company Name] at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to build the brand and generate business opportunities.

- Identify and develop strategic partnerships with complementary service providers, tech firms, and other organizations to enhance business growth.

Reporting & Analytics:

- Create detailed reports on business development activities, sales performance, and growth metrics for the executive team.

- Use data-driven insights to make strategic decisions and improve processes, ensuring the team meets targets and objectives.

Team Development & Collaboration:

- Lead, mentor, and develop the business development team to maximize performance, efficiency, and innovation.

- Foster a culture of teamwork, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the department.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.

- 10+ years of experience in business development, sales, or leadership roles within the India IT staffing, recruitment, or technology sectors.

- Proven track record of success in driving sales, securing new clients, and growing business within the IT staffing industry.

- In-depth knowledge of the IT staffing market, including trends in technology, hiring needs, and competitive landscape.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with clients, stakeholders, and team members at all levels.

- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to inspire, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team.

- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement innovative solutions to address client needs and market demands.

- Familiarity with CRM software and other sales and marketing tools to manage leads and track performance.
