Vice President - Business Analyst

A Business Analyst Vice President is a senior-level professional responsible for leading and managing teams of analysts and clients. They develop and execute strategies, oversee day-to day operations, and maintain communication with all levels of the organization.

This is being client-facing role. You'll work closely with clients to understand their needs, develop solutions, and deliver results. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential to build trust, rapport, and long-term relationships with clients.

In this role, you'll likely:

- Conduct client meetings and presentations

- Gather and analyse client requirements

- Develop and propose solutions

- Negotiate agreements and contracts

- Ensure client satisfaction and retention

- Your ability to understand client needs, communicate effectively, and deliver value will drive success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

- Strategic Planning: Develop comprehensive business development and growth strategies aligned with company goals and objectives.

- Business Analytics: Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess business development and sales strategies.

- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor teams of sales professionals, providing guidance, training, and support.

- Financial Planning: Collaborate with finance and executive teams to develop budgets and financial plans.

- Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, stakeholders, and industry influencers.

Requirements and Skills:

- Education: Bachelors degree in business administration, Finance, or related field (masters degree preferred).

- Experience: Minimum 20 years of sales or marketing experience, with 10 years of management experience.

- Competencies: Proven track record of success in business development, strategy, and leadership.

- Skills: Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
