Vice President - Business Analyst & Credit Risk Management - Financial Services

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and support Risk Change projects through effective requirements gathering, stakeholder engagement, and delivery.

- Collaborate with Front Office, Risk Methodology, Risk IT, and Reporting teams to design and implement robust solutions.

- Translate business needs into detailed functional and non-functional requirements.

- Conduct data analysis to validate and finalize requirements.

- Ensure compliance with key regulations (e.g., BCBS 239).

- Support governance, risk documentation, and process enhancements.

What You'll Bring:

- 10+ years of Business Analysis experience in Financial Services, ideally within Credit or Market Risk.

- Strong understanding of credit risk metrics (PFE, EPE, EEPE), sensitivities, and stress testing.

- Experience in credit risk modelling frameworks and limit exposure management.

- Proficiency in SQL, Python, JIRA, and Confluence.

- Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.

- Leadership experience in managing and motivating teams.
