Vice President - Business Analyst

We are seeking a senior Business Analyst leader to drive complex technology and change initiatives across enterprise programmes. This role blends strategic analysis, regulatory-focused delivery, and leadership of high-performing teams within large-scale transformation environments.

Location - Mumbai

Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end business analysis for large-scale technology, regulatory, and change programmes

- Define business cases, operating models, benefits frameworks, and realization strategies

- Elicit, analyse, and document complex requirements including epics, user stories, and process flows

- Partner with technology, architecture, and change teams to design and deliver robust solutions

- Lead, mentor, and govern a team of Business Analysts, ensuring quality, consistency, and timely delivery

Requirements :

- Extensive experience as a Business Analyst within complex, enterprise-level environments

- Proven experience leading and developing Business Analyst teams

- Strong exposure to regulatory reporting initiatives, particularly ESG or sustainability-focused projects

- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills

- Experience working in Agile environments with strong knowledge of business analysis frameworks
