Role Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Vice President to lead our Business Analysis function within the Asset Servicing and Corporate Actions domain in Mumbai. In this strategic leadership role, you will act as the primary bridge between complex business requirements and technical execution, ensuring our middle office operations remain scalable, efficient, and risk-mitigated. You will work closely with global stakeholders, product owners, and technology teams to translate intricate market events and regulatory changes into robust functional specifications. By driving the end-to-end lifecycle of business analysis, you will directly influence the operational stability of our asset servicing platform, ensuring seamless processing for our global client base and maintaining high standards of data integrity and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the end-to-end business analysis lifecycle for complex Corporate Actions projects, ensuring that functional requirements align with global middle office standards to minimize operational risk.

- Partner with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to define the strategic roadmap for asset servicing platforms, ensuring technology investments deliver measurable business value.

- Translate complex regulatory and market-driven requirements into detailed business requirement documents (BRDs) and functional specifications to guide developers and QA teams.

- Oversee the validation and UAT processes for new system enhancements, ensuring that all deliverables meet the rigorous quality benchmarks required for high-volume asset servicing environments.

- Mentor and manage a team of business analysts, fostering a culture of analytical rigor and domain expertise to drive continuous improvement in operational workflows.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrate deep functional expertise in the end-to-end lifecycle of Corporate Actions, including mandatory and voluntary events, income processing, and tax documentation.

- Exhibit a proven ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders, utilizing exceptional communication skills to negotiate requirements and manage expectations at the executive level.

- Possess a strong analytical mindset with the ability to dissect complex middle office operational challenges and design scalable, automated solutions.
