Qualification : Essential: BE/ B Tech - Civil - Full Time, Desirable: ME/ M Tech / Management Degree / Diploma Exp Range : 22-28 years of exp. Age Group : 45 - 53yrs Location : Bangalore Sector Exp: High Rise Residential, Commercial, IT Park, Business Park, Mall, Data Centre, Office Space etc. Out of total 22-28 years of exp. the incumbent should have worked with the Contracting Organisation for at least the last 12-15 years handling multiple projects in which P&L responsibility, managing an annual T/O exceeding 1000 Cr+. Role : - Strategic Planning: The incumbent in coordination with the Business Head / SIO - B&F will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans for the SIO- building division. This involves setting goals, identifying key performance indicators (KPIs), and establishing strategies and initiatives to achieve business objectives and align with the overall organizational strategy. - Revenue Generation & Profitability: One of the primary objectives is to ensure the building division@SIO operates profitably. This involves managing costs, optimizing resource allocation, and identifying opportunities to increase revenue and profitability within the division. - Business Growth: The incumbent will be responsible for driving the growth of the SIO-building division. This may include expanding into new markets, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and developing strategies to increase market share and revenue. - Financial Management: he will also be accountable for financial management within the building division. This includes budgeting, financial forecasting, monitoring expenses, and ensuring financial targets are met. - Cost Control and Efficiency: He will aim to optimize costs and improve operational efficiency. This involves monitoring expenses, implementing lean practices, and optimizing resource allocation to minimize waste and maximize productivity. - Risk Management: Mitigating risks and Ensuring compliance with regulations and industry standards is an important objective for the business head. They should implement appropriate risk management processes, establish safety protocols, and ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements to protect the division and its stakeholders. - Operational Efficiency: The incumbent aims to enhance operational efficiency within the SIO- building division ensuring best of the QMS & HSE practices. This involves streamlining processes, implementing best practices, and leveraging technology to improve productivity, reduce waste, and optimize resource utilization. - Customer Satisfaction: Focusing on customer satisfaction is crucial for the success of the building division. The business head should ensure that customer needs are met, maintain positive relationships with clients, and strive to exceed customer expectations through quality service delivery. - Team Management: Building and leading a high-performing.
