Role Overview


We're looking for a seasoned brand leader to build and scale a brand that doesn't just participate in the market - but shapes culture.


This is a high-ownership, high-visibility role, where you'll drive the brand vision end-to-end and translate it into meaningful consumer impact across touchpoints.


Role Mandate:

As the Head of Brand Marketing, you will be responsible for defining, building, and scaling the brand narrative across all channels - ensuring consistency, cultural relevance, and business impact.


Brand Strategy & Positioning

- Own the brand's identity, voice, and long-term narrative


- Shape a clear, differentiated positioning aligned with business and product strategy

- Ensure consistency across digital, offline, retail, and emerging platforms


Social Media & Content Leadership

- Lead platform-first strategies across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, X, etc.


- Drive a strong content engine spanning campaigns, always-on, and cultural moments


- Build scalable frameworks that balance brand storytelling + performance marketing


- Manage internal teams and external creative/production agencies


PR, Influencer & Partnerships

- Own PR strategy including media relations, launches, and reputation management


- Build deep relationships with creators, media, and cultural voices

- Drive influencer collaborations aligned with brand and GTM priorities


- Identify and execute partnerships that enhance brand equity and reach

GTM & Launch Excellence


- Lead brand-led go-to-market strategies for new launches and categories

- Collaborate closely with Product, Growth, and Performance teams


- Ensure cohesive storytelling across digital, retail, PR, and influencer ecosystems

- Track, measure, and optimize brand and launch performance


Ideal Candidate Profile

- 12-15 years of experience in brand/marketing leadership roles


- Strong understanding of Indian consumer behavior, digital ecosystems, and creator economy


- Proven track record of building distinctive, scalable brands


- Ability to operate at both strategic and execution depth


- Strong stakeholder management and team leadership experience


- Experience managing large budgets and driving efficient ROI


- A rare mix of creative intuition and data-driven decision making


This role is ideal for someone who:

- Thinks beyond campaigns and focuses on long-term brand building


- Understands how brands win in culture, not just in performance dashboards


- Can seamlessly bridge creativity, data, and business outcomes
