Key Responsibilities: Brand Strategy & Development: - Develop and execute a comprehensive brand strategy aligned with business goals. - Define brand positioning, voice, and messaging across all channels. Marketing Campaigns: - Plan and oversee innovative marketing campaigns to build brand awareness. - Collaborate with creative and content teams to deliver impactful campaigns. Customer Insights & Market Research: - Conduct research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape. - Use insights to refine strategies and optimize brand performance. Cross-Functional Collaboration: - Work closely with product, sales, and other departments to ensure consistent branding. - Align internal and external stakeholders with brand objectives. Digital & Social Media Presence: - Lead digital marketing initiatives, including social media and influencer collaborations. - Monitor online reputation and foster a strong digital presence. Brand Metrics & Analysis: - Track and analyze brand performance metrics (e.g., brand equity, awareness, engagement). - Provide actionable insights to improve effectiveness. Qualifications: - Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred). - Experience: 6+ years in brand management or marketing, preferably in Fintech industry. - Proven track record in developing and executing successful brand strategies. -Strong understanding of branding principles and marketing tools
