Role Overview:
As the VP - Brand, you will be the driving force behind shaping and executing the brand strategy for our organization. Your day-to-day will involve overseeing all aspects of brand management, from developing innovative marketing campaigns to ensuring consistent brand messaging across all channels.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, product development, and customer service, as well as external agencies and partners. Your work will directly impact brand perception, customer loyalty, and ultimately, the company's revenue growth and market share.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies that align with overall business objectives, targeting specific customer segments and driving brand awareness and preference.
- Lead the creation and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels, ensuring consistent brand messaging and maximizing ROI.
- Define and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring consistent application across all touchpoints, including product packaging, advertising, website, and social media.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats, informing brand strategy and positioning.
- Manage the brand budget, allocating resources effectively to achieve marketing goals and maximize brand impact.
- Oversee the performance of brand campaigns, tracking key metrics and making data-driven decisions to optimize results.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams, external agencies, and media partners.
- Drive innovation in brand marketing, exploring new technologies and channels to reach target audiences and enhance brand engagement.
- Mentor and develop a high-performing brand team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and accountability.
Required Skillset:
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful brand strategies that drive business growth.
- Proven experience in leading and managing integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
- Strong understanding of consumer behavior, market research methodologies, and competitive analysis.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, SEO, and email marketing.
- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA from a Tier 1/2 institute is preferred.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- 5-13 years of relevant experience in Brand Management, Marketing, or Consumer Marketing.
