About the Role:

- We are seeking an accomplished Vice President - Automobile Workshop Operations for a leading automotive brand headquartered in Delhi/NCR.

- This leadership role requires an experienced professional with proven expertise in overseeing large-scale workshop operations, ensuring seamless service delivery, and driving operational excellence across multiple locations.

- The ideal candidate will have deep exposure to auto or startup brands and the ability to set benchmarks for productivity, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee and manage day-to-day operations of automobile workshops across multiple locations.

- Ensure smooth functioning of end-to-end service processes including vehicle intake, diagnosis, repair, quality checks, and final delivery.

- Monitor and optimize workshop productivity, turnaround time (TAT), and load factor utilization.

- Implement best practices, SOPs, and operational frameworks to ensure efficiency, consistency, and customer satisfaction.

- Lead process improvements, automation, and innovation initiatives to enhance service excellence.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including service, parts, logistics, and customer support for smooth operations.

- Establish and monitor performance KPIs to achieve business objectives and profitability targets.

- Drive training, upskilling, and motivation of workshop teams to deliver high-quality service standards.

- Work closely with senior leadership to scale operations and build customer trust in the brand.

Candidate Profile:

- 18-22 years of experience in automobile workshop operations or after-sales service.

- Strong track record of handling large-scale multi-location workshops for reputed Auto or Startup brands.

- Expertise in monitoring workshop productivity, TAT optimization, and load factor management.

- Proven ability to lead large teams, vendors, and partners in a dynamic and competitive environment.

- Strategic thinker with excellent operational execution and problem-solving skills.

- Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership abilities.
