Vice President/Associate Vice President - Academic Product

1. Lead the design and continuous improvement of online degree programs, ensuring they are online- first, scalable, outcome- driven, and fully compliant with Indian regulations.

2. Own the academic learner journey end- to- end, driving engagement, progression, and retention through strong academic design, assessments, faculty models, and LMS- based nudges.

3. Ensure high- quality academic delivery across partner universities through governance, audits, readiness checks, and adherence to regulatory standards.

4. Oversee LMS and learning technology, driving feature adoption, analytics, and AI- enabled academic intelligence.

5. Partner closely with university leadership on governance, compliance, and approval readiness for online programs.

6. Use data and AI insights to guide academic decisions and improve curriculum, assessments, and learner outcomes.

7. Lead and mentor academic teams, building scalable operating models and serving as a trusted partner to the CAO.
