
About the Role:
We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Head of Talent Acquisition (VP / AVP level) to lead and scale the organization's hiring function. This role will drive talent strategy, build high-performing teams, and partner closely with business leaders to enable organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and execute the overall Talent Acquisition strategy aligned with business goals
- Build workforce planning frameworks to support current and future hiring needs
- Partner with leadership to anticipate talent requirements and market trends
Team Leadership & Management:
- Lead, mentor, and scale the Talent Acquisition team
- Drive performance, capability building, and team productivity
- Establish best practices, KPIs, and hiring SLAs
End-to-End Recruitment Oversight:
- Oversee sourcing, screening, and selection processes across levels (entry to leadership)
- Ensure high-quality hiring and strong candidate experience
- Manage senior and critical hiring mandates directly
Stakeholder Management:
- Collaborate with business heads and senior leadership
- Act as a trusted advisor on talent trends, compensation, and hiring strategies
Employer Branding & Candidate Experience:
- Strengthen employer brand and market positioning
- Enhance candidate journey and engagement strategies
Data & Process Excellence:
- Implement recruitment metrics, dashboards, and reporting
- Optimize processes using ATS and recruitment tools
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and hiring practices
Requirements:
- 10-15+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment
- Proven experience in leading TA teams at scale
- Strong exposure to multi-industry or high-growth environments
- Expertise in stakeholder management and leadership hiring
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication and influencing abilities
