Description: About the Role Were looking for a dynamic and strategic AVP/VP Operations to lead our end-to-end streamer operations. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in onboarding, customer support, vendor management, and operational excellence. Background in consumer tech, OTT, or mobile apps is a plus. This role demands a combination of leadership, data-driven decision-making, and hands-on execution. Youll build, scale, and optimize teams and processes that directly impact the streamer and customer experience across the platform. Key Responsibilities: Team & Operations Leadership: - Lead large-scale operations teams including tele-calling, onboarding, and customer support. - Oversee recruitment, training, performance management, and retention of agents and team leads. - Foster a culture of accountability, motivation, and continuous improvement. Onboarding & Vendor Management: - Oversee end-to-end streamer onboarding outreach, documentation, integration, and training. - Manage vendor and partner relationships across their lifecycle: onboarding SLA setup monitoring performance evaluation. - Drive seamless collaboration between onboarding, operations, and product teams for efficiency and automation. Streamer Support: - Lead support operations across chat, call, and email channels. - Ensure SLA adherence, quick issue resolution, and exceptional satisfaction scores. - Build scalable processes for escalation management and root cause analysis. Operational Excellence & Strategy: - Define, monitor, and drive KPIs/SLAs across onboarding, tele-calling, and support functions. - Build and implement dashboards, reporting frameworks, and governance mechanisms. - Partner cross-functionally with Product, Tech, and Marketing to streamline workflows and tools. - Identify and execute process improvement initiatives to support rapid scale. Insights & Continuous Improvement: - Generate and present periodic insights and performance reports to leadership. - Anticipate scaling challenges and design process, people, and automation strategies accordingly. - Ensure high standards of compliance, data integrity, and quality control across teams. Skills & Attributes: - 10+ years of experience in operations, onboarding, or customer management, preferably in fast-paced startup or digital ecosystem environments. - Proven experience managing large teams (tele-callers, support agents, or call centers) and external vendors. - Strong analytical mindset; adept with data-driven decision-making and dashboarding tools. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills (internal, vendor, and customer-facing). - Process- and quality-oriented, with a strong bias for execution and results. - Tech-savvy and comfortable working with CRM, ticketing, and analytics tools. - Ability to thrive in dynamic, high-growth environments with a focus on scaling operations sustainably.
