The Vision:
Data is our raw material, but Insights are our product. As an early member of the Analytics team, you will work directly with our CPTO and Founders to build the world's most intuitive intelligence layer for electronics sourcing. You will be responsible for transforming millions of data points into "Aha!" moments for global OEMs and enterprises.
What You Will Build:
- AI-First Dashboards: Go beyond bar charts. You will design "Self-Healing" dashboards that use AI to highlight supply chain anomalies and pricing opportunities before the user even asks.
- The Intelligence Engine: Build and refine ML models for price prediction, lifecycle risk scoring, and "similarity search" for electronic components.
- Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA): Dive deep into global electronics trade data to find hidden patterns that give company a competitive moat.
- Visual Storytelling: Use cutting-edge tools to create transaction-ready sourcing visualizations that make complex BOM (Bill of Materials) analytics look simple.
Your Toolkit (The Must-Haves):
- The Foundation: 3+ years of experience in a high-growth B2B SaaS or AI startup. You should be a SQL Ninja and Python/R Expert.
- The AI/ML Layer: Solid understanding of supervised/unsupervised learning, clustering, and regression. Experience with LLM-based data extraction or Vector Databases is a huge plus.
- The Visual Eye: Mastery of Tableau, Power BI, or Looker, but with the ability to build custom visuals using D3.js, Plotly, or Streamlit.
- The Mindset: You don't wait for a ticket. You find a data problem, hypothesize a solution, and build a prototype.
