Position: Vice President -Asset Management

Location: Mumbai

Experience: 10+ years

Role Overview:

The Vice President - Asset Management will work closely with the Head of Asset Management to drive the strategic, financial, and operational performance of a diversified retail real estate portfolio, including operational shopping centers and development assets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive asset-level performance and portfolio strategy

- Monitor financial metrics like IRR, budgets, and forecasts

- Lead investor reporting, dashboards, and performance analysis

- Support valuation, refinancing, and transaction activities

- Collaborate with leasing, operations, and development teams

- Conduct market research and competitor analysis

- Mentor and guide junior team members

What We're Looking For:

- Master's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business, or related field

- 10+ years of experience in real estate asset/investment management

- Strong exposure to retail real estate preferred

- Excellent financial modeling, stakeholder management, and analytical skills
