Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
- Develop AI/ML roadmap for population health, claims adjudication, risk adjustment, Medicare STARS, and care management.
- Champion GenAI/LLMs for clinical documentation, predictive analytics, and patient engagement across payer/provider workflows.
- Represent firm at US industry events; align solutions with FHIR/HL7 standards and value-based care models.
Client Delivery & Advisory:
- Advise CIOs/CMOs/CFOs on payer/provider challenges; oversee analytics delivery for ACOs, health plans, and IDNs.
- Co-create solutions addressing US regulatory needs (CMS, HEDIS) with measurable ROI on cost/quality metrics.
Team & Operations:
- Build/mentor global teams of 50+ data scientists, domain experts; scale CoEs in AI/cloud analytics.
- Drive cloud migration (Azure/AWS) with robust governance, data quality, and security frameworks.
