Position: VP Agile Coach Location: Bengaluru / Chennai Type: Hybrid Key Responsibilities: Service Delivery Leadership: - Oversee the end-to-end service delivery function, ensuring high-quality, timely, and efficient service to clients. - Manage the delivery of services to clients, ensuring alignment with client expectations, service level agreements (SLAs), and company standards. Process Automation and Improvement: - Lead the automation of key processes within the service delivery function to increase efficiency, reduce errors, and improve scalability. - Identify areas for process improvement, implement best practices, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery performance. - Leverage technology and tools to streamline workflows and reduce manual intervention. Change Management: - Develop and execute change management strategies to support the implementation of new processes, tools, and methodologies within the service delivery team. - Ensure smooth transitions and adoption of changes by working closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, HR, and Operations. Billable Resource Management: - Manage and optimize the allocation of billable resources to maximize utilization and profitability. - Oversee workforce planning, including hiring, training, and development of resources to meet current and future demand. - Monitor and report on resource utilization, billability, and other key metrics to ensure effective management of billable resources. Client Engagement and Satisfaction: - Build and maintain strong relationships with internal client relationship owners, ensuring their client's needs are met and expectations are exceeded. - Serve as the escalation point for any issues related to service delivery, working to resolve them swiftly and effectively. Team Leadership and Development: - Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing service delivery team, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement. - Ensure that the team is equipped with the necessary skills, tools, and knowledge to deliver exceptional service to clients. Strategic Planning and Execution: - Contribute to the development and execution of the company's overall strategy, particularly in the areas of service delivery, process optimization, and automation. - Collaborate with other departments (e.g., Sales, Product, Engineering) to ensure alignment and support for service delivery initiatives. Qualifications: - Proven experience in leading service delivery functions, particularly within the SaaS industry. - Strong expertise in process automation, process improvement, and change management. - Experience managing billable resources, with a focus on optimizing utilization and profitability. - Excellent leadership, communication, and client management skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
