JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Position : VP Accounts & Finance

2. Qualification : CA, CS would be additional advantage

3. Experience : Experience of 15-20 years as head of accounts and finance in manufacturing and preferably listed company

4. Posting at : Jasola, New Delhi

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Oversee the general accounting function, cash management/reconciliation and tax compliance.

2. Accountable for ensuring that policies and procedures (internal controls) are in place to provide reasonable assurance that the company assets are protected.

3. Support the sales and operations teams from an accounting standpoint to achieve their business objectives.

4. Prepare monthly financial statements for HTW.

5. Oversee the reconciliation of physical inventory with accounting systems.

6. Oversee preparation of salary statements & Disbursements of salary.

7. Conduct bank account reconciliation.

8. Ensure compliance with all Indirect tax, Direct Tax and Labour law regulations.

9. Primary responsibility for interacting with statutory/tax auditors and ensuring smooth completion of audits.

10. Ensure that an appropriate financial policy and implementation framework is in place to guide Company's financial decision making, in close consultation with the Head of Finance.

11. Ensure the appropriateness of the key assumptions included in Company's medium term financial plan and annual budget proposals.

12. Implement and maximize the full potential of Tally.

13. Lead the process of setting and reviewing annual budgets and forecasts, and ensure the provision of accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports to the CEO.

14. provide a prompt variance analysis of performance against budget, to ensure that the CEO is fully updated.

15. Provide accounting services for use in planning and controlling the work of Company. This includes financial accounting, management accounting, forecasting, and budgeting and control systems.

16. Advise the management on major financial issues which arise and which are outside the agreed boundaries of management authority, for example, a proposed major new grant or a contract for service provision.

17. Plan and manage the cash flow, to include a monthly cash flow forecast for non-FCRA and FCRA moneys and circulate this to the management, as appropriate.

18. Experience of Arranging fund-based facilities from banks, NBFCs and FIs like working capital, term loan, WCTL and other non-fund based like BG, LC at a minimum interest/cost

19. Preparing quarterly results and segment reporting for Board and audit committee meetings

20. Dealing with statutory, internal and bank auditors

21. Timely preparation and arranging DP for banks

22. Preparing CMA for banks

23. Forex management
