You will be a part of supply chain vertical largely focusing on understanding of Customer / Buyer Profiling, Categories, Demography of ecommerce users & deep understanding of the KPI's & KRA in Last mile delivery, Marketplace Pickups, Escalation Handling. You would be handling the entire 3PL Operations and Last mile delivery bit - managing the entire strategic and operational bit for logistics in Ecommerce setup. RESPONSIBLITIES: - Understanding of Customer / Buyer Profiling, Categories, Demography of ecommerce users & deep understanding of the KPI's & KRA in Last mile delivery, Marketplace Pickups, Escalation Handling - Deriving business inputs from the data & behaviour analysis & communicating to internal stakeholders in a polished and consultative demeanour - Partnering closely with the internal development teams, products, finance to guide the direction of our product offerings which ensures better visibility to key client - Lead Seller Pickup Team, Last Mile Delivery Team, Ticketing & Escalation Teams & drive the KPI's around the same owning the NPS related to Seller Pickups, Non Deliveries, Escalation Management our product offerings which ensures better visibility to key client - Handling the entire 3PL Operations and Last mile delivery bit - managing the entire strategic and operational bit for logistics in Ecommerce setup. - Charting out the strategy for capacity planning and expansion with existing 3PL for ensuring adherence of Operational SOP, Personnel Policies and all the statutory/legal compliances in Fulfilment Operations - Developing last mile strategy to delivery on 1 & 2 day delivery models - Working cross team with sales, product, operations and technology and marketing to be able to capture feedback and share information and knowledge on the features and product value. REQUIREMENTS: - Young & dynamic individual with Masters from Top B Schools with 6+ yrs experience in managing large scale ecommerce logistics operations, last mile logistics, 3rd party logistics with experience in working in Ecommerce Logistics Industry. - Strong sense of data analysis with a business focus to identify defects, trends in Last Mile's performance for COD, Prepaid, Non Delivery Reasons, Pickup Failures across clusters - Extremely agile in Stakeholder handling with a root cause analysis mindset - Should have a brief understanding of the Legal framework for taxes, levies & compliances related to Courier / Transportations / Supply Chain. - Strong people management with inter & intra team communications skills. Ideally a Hustler, who can get things done, with little or no supervision - Strong analytical aptitude in problem solving, multi tasker, critical thinker and a tactical executioner with a proven track record of finding solutions to business problems.
