Business Strategy Analyst Job Title: Business Strategy Analyst Location: Gurgaon Sector - 14 Reporting To: Associate Director Operations & CEO Job Description: - Shape the future direction of the organization in partnership with leadership team - Formulate company strategies along with the senior management team and assist in implementation of the same - Scan new opportunities through acquisitions and alliances - Part of fund-raising team (CEO, CFO, COO) to prepare investment thesis; engage, liaise & respond to investor queries, manage fund-raising road shows, due diligence activities - Assist in preparation of strategic plan/ business plans/operating plans/budgets for the company - Developing Financial Model, investment memorandum (IM) - Program management of key strategic initiatives - Lead annual and quarterly business planning and review exercises; track KPIs internally to ensure progress as planned - Preparation of project reports, MIS and presentations to the Board - Regularly analyze the competitive landscape to understand areas of improvement - Work as an internal consultant to the CEO's office to devise & monitor key company initiatives Qualifications: - Graduate/PG with 1-2 years of experience. (Tier-1 College Preferred) - Should have a strong flair for numbers, working knowledge about reporting practices / methodologies and an analytical bent of mind - Should be knowledgeable about budgets, forecasts/projections, margin analysis, valuation procedures etc. - Should have the passion and desire to work in a start-up environment.
