Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Assistant Manager - Patient Care Specialist to manage hospital reconciliations and partnerships.
The ideal candidate will ensure timely settlements, maintain strong hospital relations, and drive data-based decision-making by analyzing large datasets, automating reports, and delivering actionable insights to support business growth and internal coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Account Reconciliation: Oversee and ensure accurate, timely hospital account settlements.
- Partnership Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with hospital stakeholders for smooth coordination.
- Internal Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to resolve account-related queries and enhance communication.
- Data Management & Analysis: Maintain organized records, analyze data trends, and provide actionable insights for decision-making.
- Process Improvement: Drive optimization initiatives and strengthen hospital relationship management efforts.
Skills we seek:
- 2-4 years of relevant experience, preferably in healthcare operations or reconciliation.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and data handling.
- Strong communication and relationship management skills.
- MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred.
