- The AVP Sales will be responsible for driving direct sales growth, leading a team of real estate professionals, managing key client relationships, and ensuring the successful closing of luxury property transactions.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales Leadership:
- Lead and manage a team of Sales Managers/ Senior Sales Managers to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and initiatives to achieve company goals.
- Provide coaching, guidance, and performance feedback to team members to ensure continuous growth and success.
- Oversee and support agents in negotiating and closing high-value real estate deals.
Market Analysis and Strategy:
- Stay informed about trends, pricing, and new developments in the luxury real estate market.
- Analyse competitive landscape and develop pricing strategies to maximize profitability and market share.
- Provide insights to senior management on emerging market trends and opportunities.
Sales Reporting and Forecasting:
- Track, report, and analyse sales performance regularly to identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and strategic plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Review and analyse sales data, adjusting strategies as necessary to meet targets.
Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and senior leadership teams to enhance brand visibility and drive sales.
- Work closely with the marketing department to create promotional materials, luxury property listings.
Client Acquisition and Networking:
- Attend high-profile events, property showcases, and networking functions to expand the client base.
- Cultivate a network of industry professionals, including brokers, developers, architects, and designers.
- Build relationships with key players in the luxury market to drive business growth.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in luxury real estate sales, with at least 5-7 years in a leadership or senior sales role.
- Overall experience of 12 to 15 years.
- Strong track record of successfully closing high-value deals in luxury real estate.
- In-depth knowledge of the luxury real estate market, including current trends, client expectations, and industry standards.
- Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team along with individually making sales deals to exceed personal target and team target.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth individuals and investors.
- Proficiency with real estate CRM systems and other sales management tools.
- A high level of professionalism and discretion when handling client relationships.
