Handling Operation, Sales, Collection and Distribution for the entire region -   - Create & Deliver Business Plan  - Managing Retail Business and Store Operations  3. Franchisee Relationship Management   - Build a healthy, working relationship with the franchisee  - Strategizing with franchisee to increase sales  4. Inventory Management and Stock Analysis -   - Managing Inventory health and profitability of stores  5. Monitor Retail KPI's - ATV, ABS, Conversion etc.  6.
