Key Responsibilities:


- Act as the primary HR point of contact for assigned clinics within the region

- Visit clinics daily and work from the clinic to support employees and clinic leadership

- Support end-to-end employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, confirmations, role changes, and exits

- Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters in coordination with central HR

- Drive employee engagement initiatives and ensure a positive workplace culture at the clinics

- Support performance management processes, including goal setting, reviews, and feedback cycles

- Ensure implementation and adherence to HR policies, SOPs, and code of conduct at clinic level

- Coordinate with HR Operations and payroll teams for attendance, leave, and basic payroll inputs

- Support workforce planning, manpower requirements, and hiring coordination for clinics

- Maintain accurate employee data, documentation, and regional MIS reports

Key Competencies:


- Strong employee relations and stakeholder management skills

- Ability to work independently in a field-based, on-ground role

- High emotional intelligence and problem-solving ability

- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi

- Good understanding of HR policies, processes, and basic labor laws

What Were Looking For:

- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in an HRBP, HR Generalist, or field HR role

- Willingness to travel daily and work from clinic locations

- Experience working with frontline, operations-heavy teams is a strong plus

- Hands-on, approachable, and solution-oriented mindset
