Vetic - Program Manager (4-6 yrs)
What will you do:
- Maintain and program-manage a portfolio of initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiency at Vetic Clinics
- Plan and develop operational processes to scale our clinic business across multiple cities in India.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and the Product & Tech team to implement best practices that enhance customer experience in both clinics and the mobile app.
- Manage and mentor a team of operations executives to manage the central ops control tower.
- Monitor the clinic performance on Key KPIs and build dashboards and actionable to improve the clinics' performance.
Who may be best placed for success in this role?
- At least 4-5 years of Program management experience in a Central operations role
- Candidates with experience at high-growth startups,
- Experience in Data analytics is a must.
- Hands-on experience in Python scripts is desirable.
