Description:
What you'll do:
Revenue Programs & Execution:
- Own and manage end-to-end revenue programs across sales, growth, pricing, retention, and expansion initiatives
- Translate revenue strategy into executable roadmaps, milestones, and KPIs
- Track revenue performance, program impact, and business outcomes against targets
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, Product, and Analytics teams
- Drive alignment on revenue priorities, timelines, and ownership
- Act as the single point of coordination for revenue-linked initiatives
Analytics & Reporting:
- Build dashboards and reporting mechanisms to track pipeline, conversions, ARPU, churn, and revenue realization
- Identify gaps, risks, and bottlenecks impacting revenue growth
- Provide data-backed insights and recommendations to leadership
Process & Governance:
- Establish governance frameworks, review cadences, and escalation mechanisms
- Ensure programs are delivered on time, within scope, and with measurable ROI
- Drive continuous improvement in revenue planning and execution processes
Stakeholder & Leadership Support:
- Prepare leadership updates, business reviews, and executive presentations
- Support leadership in strategic initiatives, pilots, and new revenue models
Who You Are:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, or related field
- 3 - 8 years of experience in Program Management, Revenue Operations, Business Operations, or Strategy/Consulting roles
- Prior exposure to revenue-driven teams (Sales/Growth/Finance) is mandatory
