Vetic - M&A Role - Diligence & Valuation

Must Haves :

- 4-7 years of experience in financial modeling, valuation, transaction diligence, or FP&A.

- Background in Transaction Advisory, Deals, or Audit + Modelling at fast-growth startups.

- Expertise in building integrated 3-statement financial models and DCF/market multiples valuation.

- Strong understanding of financial due diligence (quality of earnings, working capital, cash flow, and risk assessment).

- Solid grasp of M&A accounting, post-deal integration, and management reporting.

- Excellent analytical, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

Your Day :

- Build and maintain robust financial models to evaluate investment and acquisition opportunities.

- Conduct valuation analyses (DCF, comparables, precedent transactions) to support deal decisions.

- Lead or support financial due diligence - reviewing financial statements, identifying risks, and validating assumptions.

- Partner with Sourcing and Operations teams to assess deal feasibility, unit economics, and post-deal performance.

- Assist in post-deal integration by reconciling financial forecasts, aligning KPIs, and developing tracking dashboards.

- Prepare investment memos, reports, and insights for leadership and investors.

- Continuously improve processes and tools to streamline financial decision-making.
