Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of sales executives for the assigned category or product line.
- Develop and implement category-specific sales strategies and go-to-market plans to achieve revenue, profitability, and growth objectives.
- Track sales performance across regions and team members, ensuring achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
- Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor strategies to identify new revenue opportunities.
- Drive sales funnel effectiveness, from lead generation to deal closure, and ensure high conversion rates.
- Build and manage strong client relationships, including key accounts, B2B partnerships, and channel partners.
- Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, supply chain, product, operations) to ensure seamless customer experience.
- Monitor and manage the P&L for the category, with clear visibility on margins, costs, and pricing strategy.
- Upskill and coach sales team members, fostering a performance-driven and highaccountability culture.
- Use CRM tools and data dashboards to track KPIs, generate reports, and improve forecasting accuracy.
- Launch and promote new products or services within the category through targeted sales campaigns.
