Role Overview:
- We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Business Analyst to join our team in Delhi NCR, Gurgaon/Gurugram. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and developing data-driven solutions to enhance our operational efficiency and customer experience.
- You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including operations, marketing, and technology, to translate business needs into actionable insights and contribute to the overall growth of Vetic.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough analysis of business processes and workflows to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for optimization.
- Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders across various departments to ensure alignment on project goals.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business requirements documents, process flows, and user stories, to facilitate clear communication and understanding.
- Perform data analysis using SQL and Python to extract meaningful insights and identify trends that inform strategic decision-making.
- Create and present data-driven reports and dashboards to communicate key performance indicators (KPIs) and business performance to stakeholders.
Required Skillset:
- Demonstrated ability to analyze complex business problems and develop data-driven solutions.
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis.
- Experience using Python for data analysis, statistical modeling, and reporting.
- Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Proven ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner to both technical and non-technical audiences.
