Role Overview:

As an Associate Program Manager at Vetic, you will sit at the center of our operational engine, driving efficiency and scale across our clinic network in Delhi NCR. You will work closely with clinic operations, supply chain, and product teams to translate business strategy into actionable programs.

Your day-to-day will involve identifying operational bottlenecks, analyzing performance data to optimize workflows, and leading cross-functional initiatives that directly impact patient care quality and business profitability. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our rapid expansion remains sustainable and that our service standards remain consistent across all locations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and implement operational frameworks to streamline clinic workflows and improve service delivery efficiency.

- Analyze large datasets to identify trends in clinic performance, resource utilization, and customer feedback to inform business strategy.

- Lead cross-functional projects by coordinating between medical staff, operations, and technology teams to ensure timely execution of expansion plans.

- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track process excellence and drive continuous improvement across the network.

- Manage stakeholder expectations by providing regular updates on program health, risks, and strategic milestones.

- Automate routine reporting and data extraction tasks using SQL and Python to enhance decision-making speed for the leadership team.

Required Skillset:

- Proven ability to translate complex business problems into structured analytical frameworks and actionable operational strategies.

- Proficiency in data manipulation and analysis using SQL and Python to derive insights from operational datasets.

- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.

- Demonstrated experience in managing end-to-end programs, from conceptualization to on-ground implementation.

- Exceptional communication skills, capable of presenting data-driven recommendations to senior leadership.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, with a willingness to work on-site in Gurgaon to stay closely connected with clinic operations.

- 2 - 5 years of experience in business operations, consulting, or program management roles.
