Area Manager, Operations About the role : - The Area Manager (AM) role is responsible for managing multiple care centers (clinics and store operations) in a defined geographical territory of Vetic and is accountable for the achievement of Business and Process KPIs. - This role will involve staff management, training & rostering, inventory management, regular clinic-level audits, repair & maintenance, ensuring SOP adherence, providing improvement feedback to central teams such as operations, sales etc. The incumbent will also be responsible for all care center NPS management. - The role leverages leadership skills, strong relationships with business partners and a keen eye for business development opportunities to create a robust, efficient and ambitious sales machinery. What will be your key responsibilities ? - Ensure smooth operations of our care centers (clinic/hospitals/stores) - Implement processes and controls at a high compliance to company's recommended SOPs. - Liaison with central teams and/or external agencies for SOP updates, compliance adherence - Accomplish business & process goals on a monthly, weekly and annual basis. Skills Required: - Strong Understanding of business levers & knowledge of competitive landscape. - Demonstrated track record of high performance in an unstructured environment. - Past experience of working in the geography and/or category preferred Behavioral Skills Preferred: - Self-Driven & Entrepreneurial - Customer Centric mind-set - Interpersonal skills - Verbal and Written Communication - Bias for Action & Decisiveness Experience Required: 3-5 years of experience in a pure ground operations role and at least 2+ years in handling multiple store/ clinic/ branch operations since the role requires managing operations at Vetic's multiple care centers (clinics/ hospitals) in Delhi NCR geography.
