Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement end-to-end social media strategies aligned with brand goals and campaigns.
- Manage and optimize content across platforms - Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and others.
- Collaborate with creative, content, and design teams to deliver high-quality, on-brand social media assets.
- Drive community engagement through interactive campaigns, influencer collaborations, contests, and -live events.
- Track and analyze performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions) and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Stay up-to-date on social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep the brand ahead of the curve.
- Manage paid promotions and coordinate with digital agencies for campaign execution.
- Monitor competitor activities and industry benchmarks.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms, engagement mechanics, and audience behavior.
- Excellent communication, copywriting, and storytelling skills.
- Proficiency with analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Hootsuite, etc.)
- Creative thinking with a strong visual sense and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
- Master's in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field
