
Senior Manager - Email Marketing
Experience: 3+ Years.
Location: Mumbai.
Timings: 9 PM to 6 AM.
What you will do:
- Own end-to-end email marketing, database health, enrichment and CRM automation to drive scalable lead-to-revenue programs.
Key responsibilities:
- Plan, build and execute email campaigns (newsletters, drip & nurture flows, transactional, promotional).
- Design customer journeys, drip campaigns & automation workflows in the CRM/ESP.
- Maintain list hygiene, segmentation, suppression lists and data governance.
- Manage ESP - CRM integrations and ensure data sync accuracy.
- Lead data enrichment, extraction and verification processes to improve lead quality and match rates.
- Monitor and optimize deliverability (IP/domain reputation, authentication, suppression).
- Run A/B tests and multivariate experiments; interpret results and implement learnings.
- Write persuasive, on-brand email copy and subject lines optimized for opens, clicks and conversions.
- Produce weekly/monthly performance reports, dashboards and actionable insights.
- Support multi-channel prospecting (email, call cadences, LinkedIn outreach) and coordinate sales handoffs.
- Ensure compliance with GDPR, CAN-SPAM and local email laws; ensure enrichment/scraping follows platform policies.
- Liaise with design, content, sales and product teams to create on-brand, cross-channel campaigns.
Requirements:
- 3-4 years in email marketing, marketing automation and CRM operations across both B2B and B2C environments.
- Hands-on with major CRMs (HubSpot and Salesforce) in production.
- Proven experience using data enrichment/extraction tools to build and refine contact datasets.
- Experience with web data extraction / scrapers (e.g., Phantombuster, Apify, Scrapy) or approved enrichment APIs - with a strong emphasis on legal/compliant use.
- Proficient in HTML/CSS for responsive email templates and rendering fixes.
- Demonstrable deliverability experience (tracking delivery, bounce management, complaint handling).
- Expert A/B testing skills and experiment design.
- Excellent email copywriting skills - subject lines, preheaders, body copy, CTAs and personalization.
- Practical experience with phone + email nurture cadences and coordinating SDR/AE outreach.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn marketing and outreach tools (Sales Navigator, LinkedIn Ads, native messaging best practices).
- Solid analytics experience - building dashboards and translating data into actions.
- Cultural knowledge of the US market (tone, timing, compliance expectations, buying behaviour).
- Excellent project-management and stakeholder communication skills.
