What you will do:

- Conduct weekly reviews, monitor performance, and ensure clear accountability.

- Set and maintain high standards for internal collaboration, ownership, and execution.

Client Success & Relationship Management:

- Serve as the primary escalation point for delivery-related issues.

Operational Excellence:

- Identify performance bottlenecks and restructure teams or processes when necessary.

- Streamline pitch decks, commercials, and onboarding procedures for consistency and speed.

Strategic Growth & Business Support:

- Provide insights into account-level profitability, team utilization, and resourcing needs.

Requirements:

- Proven experience working with international clients, particularly in the US market.

- Solid understanding of performance marketing channels and service delivery operations.

- Proficiency in project and task management tools (Teamwork, ClickUp, or similar).

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
